Unified Networking Development Systems Limited (UNDSL) was incorporated in Trinidad and Tobago under the Companies Act 1995, in 2006.

The company was founded by Information and Communications Technology (ICT) professionals who, after working in the local industry for many years, saw many companies who were forced to accept sub‐standard service not suited to their unique needs.
